This recipe is delicious and very low calorie:
3 or 4 oranges, peeled and cut up
1 15 oz. can pineapple, in its own juice
1 tsp. almond flavoring
6 packets of equal
Serve over toast or angel food cake. Keep in refrigerator in airtight container. If on weight watchers, one cup is 1 point.
