Here are the steps to take if you would like to attend the conference:

Step 1) REQUIRED. Download the Conference Pre-Registration Form from http://www.frwriters.org/conferences.html and fill it out (you can fill it out on your computer, or print a copy and hand-write your information). You can return an electronic copy via email to aleka@alekanakis.com, or you can fax a hard copy to Aleka at 1-888-833-4648.

Step 2) REQUIRED. Download the Cruise Planner's form from http://www.frwriters.org/conferences.html and fill it out (you can fill it out on your computer, or print a copy and hand-write your information). You can return an electronic copy via email to aleka@alekanakis.com, or you can fax a hard copy to Aleka at 1-888-833-4648. NOTE: a deposit for the cabin is required--the deposit will be placed on the credit card you provide in the Cruise Planner's form, and will appear as a Royal Caribbean charge.

Step 3) You can pay for the conference now, via PayPal. Or you can choose to pay for the conference at a later date. Conference payments MUST be made by April 2008.

    Can you tell us (me) more about FRW? I'm not familiar with the acronym... Though I'm sure it will be perfectly obvious once you tell me what it stands for.

    FRW is Florida Romance Writers, my local chapter in Fort Lauderdale. They organize the best conferences. About 150 writers, excellent workshops, and continuous mingling with the agents and editors. I sold my book to Love a Hero, thanks to their 2007 conference. Joan Frantschuck and Helen were there and got more requests than I can count. This time the conference will take place on a cruise. They already sold 70 cabins.
