After reading Pam's article, I couldn't imagine what mine should be
about. Then I re-read it and had the perfect answer! A recipe for
BETTER THAN SEX cake. (Trust me, nothing better than THAT, but this
has some of those ingredients supposed to make sex even better! And
for those of us who are...ahem!...deprived, it makes a nice substitute!)
1 (18.5 oz) pkg yellow cake mix 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
3/4 C white sugar 2 (3.5 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
3 C milk 1 C Kool-Whip 1/4 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 C chopped pecans
3/4 C flaked coconut
Prepare and bake cake mix according to directions for a 9X13" cake pan.
While cake is baking, combine pineapple and juice with 3/4 C white
sugar in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick and syrupy,
stirring occasionally. Pierce top of hot cake with fork and pour
pineapple mixture over cake. Cool completely.
Beat pudding mix with milk until smooth and spread over cooled cake.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla to Kool-Whip and spread over top of
cake. Chill 24 hours. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
Serve when you raid the refrigerator during that "romantic night."
But there is NO CHOCOLATE?? what could be better than Chocolate. LOL
